The Philly River Stroll has returned following its 2022 debut with a fresh lineup of food and beverage specials from Morgan’s Pier, Moshulu, Spruce Street Harbor Park, Cherry Street Pier, and more, discounted attractions, and free live entertainment.

PHILADELPHIA, PA (April 3, 2023) – If the early blooming of the iconic cherry blossom trees along Delaware Avenue is not an indication that carefree, warm weather days are imminent, then the opening of Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest and Spruce Street Harbor Park on May 12 is sure to seal the deal.

Summer on the Waterfront will run from Friday, May 12 through Sunday, September 24, 2023. The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is pleased to announce the major dates and events for spring and summer on the Delaware River Waterfront. Also, in this release is a list of the new cohort of Resident Artists at Cherry Street Pier, and the introduction of DRWC’s Delaware River Trail Safety Campaign, to ensure the safe enjoyment of the city’s most active and well-traveled trail.

(Philadelphia, PA) - Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest Hosts Annual Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Skate + Beards on Ice Media Preview Performance.

WHAT: Celebrate Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 14 with premium ice skating at Sweetheart Skate. Ticket holders will enjoy flowers, slow jams spun by DJ NA$H, and cozy cabins and fire pits, all in an enchanting setting on the Philadelphia Waterfront. Tickets are sold individually for $27 per person. Food, drink, and amusements are pay-as-you-go. Cabins and fire pits can be reserved in advance at RiverRink.com.

Join us on the rink before all of the sweethearts arrive to capture footage of the romantic scene that is set while also getting an exclusive sneak peek and media preview of the first-ever Bearded Ladies performance on Ice. The Bearded Ladies Cabaret will be hitting the ice at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest for a show that’s cool to the touch but hot to its core on select dates from February 16 - 25. Expect bracing comedy, wild camp, sultry costumes, and wintry spectacle at the first-ever Bearded Ladies show on skates. Beards On Ice has two show experiences in two flavors: the Beards on Ice show (PG13) and the kid-friendly  Family Skate (content is specifically geared towards children). Both hour-long shows end with a free skate perfect for all skill levels. Hosted by Jarbeaux and featuring local drag superstars who have never laced up a skate alongside trained pros, catch this iceberg of a performance before it melts away. A short performance on February 14 will offer a hint of what’s to come.
