WHAT: Beginning Monday, January 29, due to construction at the former Festival Pier site, the section of The Delaware River Trail between Penn Street and Spring Garden Street will be temporarily diverted to the west side of Columbus Blvd. The work in this area will be performed at night from 7:00 pm until 5:00 am. The existing temporary pedestrian and cyclist pathway on the east side of Columbus Blvd. will be re-established each morning. The work is expected to last approximately two (2) weeks.
