Sun. - Thurs.: 11 am to 10 pm
Fri. - Sat.: 11 am to 11 pm
General admission to the park is free and open to the public; food and drinks are available for a pay-as-you-go fee. SSHP is a dog-friendly site. However, dogs are not permitted on the barge or in the hammocks. Please note: All activities close at least 30 minutes before the park closes.

- Memorial Day (May 25): 11 am to 10 pm
- Juneteenth (June 19): 11 am to 11 pm
- July 3rd: 11 am to 11 pm
- Independence Day (July 4): 11 am to 5 pm
- Labor Day (September 7): 11 am to 10 pm
Concession Hours
The park has various concessionaires. At least one concession stand is open during the park's operating hours. Please note: Most vendors will open at approximately 4 p.m., but hours for some vendors may vary.
