Hours of Operation
Sunday - Thursday: 11 am - 10 pm
Friday -  Saturday: 11 am - 11 pm
*May 23, the park opens at 4 pm

General admission to the park is free and open to the public; food and drinks are available for a pay-as-you-go fee. SSHP is a dog-friendly site. However, dogs are not permitted on the barge or in the hammocks. Please note: All activities close at least 30 minutes before the park closes.

Concession Hours

The park has various concessionaires. At least one concession stand is open during the park's operating hours. Please note: Most vendors will open at approximately 4 p.m., but hours for some vendors may vary.

The Trading Post Store and Visitor Center

• Monday – Wednesday: 4 pm – 9 pm
• Thursday: 4 pm – 9:30 pm
• Friday – Saturday: 1 pm – 10:30 pm
• Sunday: 1 pm – 9 pm
