General admission to Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest is free; ice skating, games, rides, and food and drink are pay-as-you-go. Winterfest is a dog-friendly site. However, dogs are prohibited in the skate rental area, cabins, the Lodge, or the Rinkside Lounge. Service animals are welcome.

Skelly's Boardwalk Games and Ride Hours
Enjoy a taste of the shore on the Waterfront with boardwalk rides and games ($5 - $10). Available December 8, 2025, through January 22, 2026. The Ferris wheel ($6) and the retro arcade (pay-as-you-go) are available through March 1, 2026.
Vendors open at 4 pm Monday through Friday, and 11 am on Saturday and Sunday. Hours are subject to change.
