The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of a section of the Central Delaware Waterfront Trail, connecting Penn Treaty Park to The Battery along the Delaware River in Philadelphia, PA. This contract is based on plans and specifications prepared by NV5.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in person at DRWC offices (121 N. Columbus Blvd.) on January 12, 2026, at 3:00 pm EST. Attendance by a representative from the bidding contractor or subcontractor is required.
All questions must be submitted via email to Katie Pitstick at kpitstick@drwc.org by 5:00 pm on Friday, January 16, 2026. Responses will be shared on a rolling basis and no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
