WHAT: Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) will welcome the seasonal return of Spruce Street Harbor Park and Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest on Friday, May 23. 2025. Just before Memorial Day weekend, visitors will be invited to “Make Summer Yours” with new and returning amenities and refreshed park offerings.
