We are currently seeking a cabins and rentals lead (seasonal/part-time) to join the Independence Blue Cross RiverRink team, Philadelphia's premier outdoor skating rink, and seasonal attraction.
The position requires working in cold weather conditions and enhancing guests’ experiences with cabin and fire-pit rentals from check-in to departure, while representing the positive values of the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation. Starting salary: $15/hour
Punctuality and a high level of professionalism in all aspects are required. Candidates must be 18 or older to apply. Days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required as necessary. Actual work hours can vary.
For the summer, availability from May through September is required; for the winter, availability from November through March is required.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Practice excellent customer service.
- Assist other departments and complete side duties as needed
- Greet, welcome, and guide guests.
- Courteously respond to customer inquiries and questions
- Explain products, services, and prices.
- Cleaning and tidying cabins
- Fluff pillows and fold blankets
- Pick up leftover trash
- Sanitize and reset surfaces
- Sanitize TV remotes and place them back in the designated areas
- Communicate with site supervisors
- Bring back supplies to vendors
- Set up and break down catering
- Break down tables and chairs as required
- Greet and guide guests to their rented spaces
- Take snippets from the cashier's customer service
Education and Experience:
- 18+ years of age
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 35-hour week minimum
- Restaurant host, front desk concierge, and/or tourism experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of walking throughout the assigned area.
- Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position (standing for long periods of time, working in cold weather)
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Weeknights, holidays, and weekends (December and January)
