We’re bringing the rhythm of summer to the Waterfront this winter with Salsa & Bachata Night at the Lodge at Independence Blue RiverRink Winterfest on Saturday, January 17, and Saturday, February 21 from 5 pm to 9 pm, and it’s totally FREE!
Join pro instructor Brandon Walker at 5 pm for a high-energy salsa lesson in the cozy, indoor Lounge. Then keep the vibes going with a live DJ set from DJ Valentin of Dance Philly, spinning bachata, salsa, and more Latin hits from 6 to 9 pm.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or want to try something new, this night is all about movement, music, and fun. Sip hot drinks, grab tasty bites from our food vendors, and dance the night away with your friends or sweetheart.
No ticket or experience required, bring your best moves and get ready to warm up Winterfest.
All workshops take place inside The Lodge, a cozy indoor space at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest. While you’re here, enjoy ice skating, seasonal eats and drinks, cabins, fire pits, and the Rinkside Lounge.

Parking on-site will be limited due to construction on the I-95 CAP. However, there are many great ways to access the Waterfront, including walking or biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit.
