Join us for Night of the Living Harbor, a spook-tacular evening of costumes, music, and Halloween magic under the twinkling lights of Spruce Street Harbor Park. Whether you're creepy, kooky, spooky, or silly—this costume party is for you. Free and open to the public. All ages welcome.

Costumes are highly encouraged for kids, grown-ups, and ghosts alike. Come for the contest, stay for the party—it’s going to be a fright night to remember.
Parking on-site will be limited due to I-95 CAP construction. However, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit.
