Ring in 2026 in style with Parties on Ice at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest, featuring two great parties that include amazing views of the Visit PA New Year's Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront.
PARTY TIMES
Party One: 5 pm to 8 pm(doors open at 4:30 pm)
Party Two: 10 pm to 1 am

PLEASE NOTE: Parties On Ice is a rain-or-shine event. On-site, covered, heated amenities include the Lodge and the skate rental area. Only ticket holders can access Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest for the New Year's Eve parties. PLEASE NOTE: The parking fee for DRWC-owned lots (Market and Lombard Street) will be $40 per car on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2025.

Admission is free for children two and under.
Ticket includes:
- Skate admission and skate rental
- Family-friendly entertainment and crafts (while supplies last)
- One (1) complimentary Ferris wheel ride (due to popularity, be sure to enjoy before each party ends)
- Spectacular views of the Visit PA New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront at 6 pm and midnight
- An assortment of festive fare in the Lodge from our fantastic food vendors, soft drinks, and water.
Spectator (Non-Skating Ticket)
Price: TBD
Admission is free for children two and under.
Ticket Includes:

- Spectacular views of the Visit PA New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront at 6 pm and midnight

- PLEASE NOTE: This ticket does not include skating admission and skate rental.

- A cash bar in the Lodge will be available, serving various festive cocktails and local brews. (Must be 21+ to consume alcohol)
- Pay-as-you-go food items at the Skelly’s Rinkside concessions.
- Pay-as-you-go fun in our retro arcade.
- Access to the outdoor fire pits
- Live entertainment, family-friendly entertainment.

Parking on-site will be limited due to I-95 CAP construction. However, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit.
