Celebrate the arrival of 2026 at one of Philly’s most festive waterfront traditions - Parties on Ice at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest.

 
 
Dance, skate, and ring in the New Year with spectacular views of the Visit PA New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront at 6 PM and midnight.
 

Party Times:

  • Party One: 5 PM – 8 PM (Doors open at 4:30 PM)
  • Party Two: 10 PM – 1 AM


Please note: This is a rain-or-shine event. Heated, covered spaces, including The Lodge and the skate rental area, will keep you warm and cozy. Only ticket holders will be permitted on-site during New Year’s Eve. Parking at DRWC-owned lots (Market and Lombard Streets) is $40 per car.

Skater Ticket – $63

  • Includes:
  • Ice skating admission and skate rental
  • One (1) Ferris wheel ride (first-come, first-served)
  • Family-friendly entertainment and holiday crafts (while supplies last)
  • Access to the Lodge with festive food, soft drinks, and water
  • Incredible views of both 6 PM and midnight fireworks
  •  Children 2 and under attend free.
     

Spectator (Non-Skating) Ticket – $53

  • Includes:
  • One (1) Ferris wheel ride (first-come, first-served)
  • Family-friendly entertainment
  • Access to the Lodge with festive food, soft drinks, and water
  • Incredible views of both 6 PM and midnight fireworks
  • Note: This ticket does not include skate admission or rentals.
  • Children 2 and under attend free.

Parking on-site will be limited due to construction on the I-95 CAP.
