Harbor Weaves by Kristina Ricci
06/09 – 08/30
Discover Harbor Weaves, a colorful outdoor art display made from recycled hammocks, now on view at Spruce Street Harbor Park. Philly artist Kristina Ricci takes old, unused materials and turns them into hanging fiber sculptures that dance in the trees. The installation is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome.
These one-of-a-kind pieces show how everyday items can be transformed into something beautiful and new. Ricci’s art reminds us to look at the world differently—and think about how we care for the planet.
