Delaware River WATERFRONT

Cast a line and enjoy the Philly Waterfront at Fishing with Friends, a free, family-friendly program at Pier 68 on the Delaware River. All ages and skill levels welcome. Every Third Saturday from May to October.

Hosted by Riverways in partnership with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, this hands-on experience is perfect for beginners and seasoned anglers alike. Learn about the 60+ species of fish that call the Delaware River home, from catfish to American shad, while trying your hand at fishing.

What to Expect:

• Free fishing gear and basic instruction
• No fishing license needed
• Fun, educational experience for all ages
• Catch-and-release fishing only

What to Know Before You Go:
Parking on-site will be limited due to construction on the I-95 CAP. However, many great ways to access the Waterfront include walking and biking along the Delaware River Trail, rideshare, and public transit.
