If you are making your way to the Delaware River Waterfront today, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that southbound Interstate 95 has reopened between I-676/Callowhill Street (Exit 22) and the Morris Street on-ramp in Center City Philadelphia.
