Park at Penn's Landing Construction: Market Street Ramp to I-95 South Remains Closed through Early March

Great news! If you are making your way to the Delaware River Waterfront today, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that southbound Interstate 95 has reopened between I-676/Callowhill Street (Exit 22) and the Morris Street on-ramp in Center City Philadelphia.
