Waterfront Zoning: Central Delaware Overlay

DRWC is working with Councilman Mark Squilla, the Central Delaware Advocacy Group, Philadelphia City Planning Commission, citizens, landowners, and developers to discuss how to improve the Central Delaware Overlay (CDO) and its height bonus structure. The CDO is the zoning legislation that stemmed from the Master Plan for the Central Delaware to regulate development along the waterfront.
