Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is working with PennDOT and the City of Philadelphia to refresh the 55 acres of space under I-95 from Columbia Avenue to Ann Street. While a joint agreement is in the works, DRWC will soon oversee maintenance, security, parking, and programming under I-95 in the Riverward neighborhoods of Fishtown, Olde Richmond, and Port Richmond. As DRWC develops its operational and staffing plans for the area, we are engaging with the local communities to best understand their needs. Once formal plans are finalized, we will update this page and share information with the impacted communities.
