The Delaware River Trail Dedication
Join us for the dedication of the central segment of the game-changing Delaware River Trail on Friday, April 29 at 10:30 am, at the entrance of Cherry Street Pier. The trail provides you with more than three miles of continual multimodal access to explore all the amazing amenities along the Waterfront. The dedication will be a celebration of this groundbreaking milestone as envisioned in the Master Plan for the Central Delaware, and all the amazing partners that helped make it a reality.
The Delaware River Trail is mostly done and it's a game-changer for transportation and recreation by bicycle in the city of Philadelphia. My 9yo son and I biked from Passyunk Sq up to Penn Treaty Park on a beautiful President's Day holiday. @DelRiverWfront @ECGreenway pic.twitter.com/yB7wAFskBp— Peter K 🤷🏻♂️ (@bromptonpete) February 21, 2022
