Some activities along the Delaware River Waterfront require permits from DRWC. These activities include fitness classes, commercial photography, and commercial photography and videography (all shoots that require professional-grade equipment like high-resolution lenses, video cameras, tripods, lights, reflectors, etc.). Please note: Due to limited capacity, DRWC no longer provides wedding ceremony permits or services, as well as wedding and engagement photography permits.
 

Commercial Photography and Videography Permits

The different parks along the Waterfront are perfect locations for commercial photography and videography shoots, with beautiful landscaping, iconic locations, and sweeping views of the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge. DRWC requires a non-refundable permit for all commercial photography and videography sessions along the Waterfront including, but not limited to, the Race Street Pier, Cherry Street Pier, Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest/Summerfest, Great Plaza, Penn’s Landing Marina, Spruce Street Harbor Park, Washington Avenue Pier, and Pier 68. Fitness Class Permits 

DRWC requires a permit and certificate of insurance (COI) for all fitness-related classes and programming held on Waterfront property. Interested parties must apply for a permit, provide a COI, sign a contract, and pay a fee before the permit is issued.
