The Park at Penn's Landing
The new Park at Penn’s Landing will be a 11.5-acre civic space stretching between Chestnut Street, Walnut Street, Front Street, and the Delaware River. The park will include a wide variety of activities and features, including flexible open space for performances and festivals; food and drink options; a new play area; a relocated RiverRink for ice skating in the winter; and a water play area to cool off in the summer. DRWC is currently conducting a city-wide effort to engage Philadelphians from all backgrounds and neighborhoods to determine what else the park should include, and how its ongoing programming and operations can ensure it is a park for everyone.
