The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide construction management and construction inspection (CM/CI) services for the Washington Avenue Connector, a multi-modal streetscape enhancement project beginning in 2024. CM/CI services will be performed for work under the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department Bid Solicitation #3952.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, May 30, at 3:00 EST. Interested parties should register to attend by contacting Lizzie Woods at lwoods@drwc.org. Questions should be directed to Ms. Woods at lwoods@drwc.org. Questions will be accepted until Monday, June 10, at 5:00 PM, and answers will be posted on the DRWC website by Monday, June 17.
Electronic responses must be received by Wednesday, July 10, at 4:00 P.M. EST. The response should be sent as an email attachment or as an FTP/Dropbox link to lwoods@drwc.org.
