(Philadelphia, PA) The official kickoff to warm-weather activities along the waterfront is here with the joint opening of Spruce Street Harbor Park and Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest. Beginning on Friday at 5:00 PM, both parks will be open. Spruce Street Harbor Park’s colorful hammocks, floating gardens, local craft beers, and delicious food and drink will be on offer including the return of many favorites like Philly’s own French Toast Bites.
