It’s a Winter Wonderland that’s fun for the whole family. Bob Kelly, or Fox29 Kelly Drives, went to the Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest to celebrate its 30th Anniversary season. He played games, sampled tasty treats, and ice skated before getting cozy in one of the cabins.
