News Update: No Fireworks on the Waterfront, All Parks Closing Early Independence Day

Waterfront parks and Penn’s Landing will close at 4 p.m. on July 4th. Philadelphia’s official Wawa Welcome America Fireworks will be on the Ben Franklin Parkway at 9:45 p.m.
