The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is hereby seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide owner’s representation services for the Penn’s Landing Park construction project. Attached is information relating to submitting a response including specific requirements.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, November 28th at 1:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. Interested parties should contact Lizzie Woods at lwoods@drwc.org to register to attend. Questions should be directed to Ms. Woods at lwoods@drwc.org. Questions will be accepted until Friday, December 1st at 5:00 PM and answers will be posted on the DRWC website by Friday, December 8th.
Proposals must be received by Friday, January 5, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. EST. The response should be sent in both hardcopy and digital forms. Five (5) hard copies should be delivered to:
