The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is hereby seeking responses from reputed, qualified, and experienced firms for cost estimating for the Penn’s Landing Cap and Civic Space (I-95 Central Access Philadelphia-CAP).
Attached is information relating to submitting a proposal including specific requirements.
Electronic responses must be received by Tuesday, December 1 at 4:00 P.M. EST.
The proposal should be sent either as an email attachment or sent as an FTP/Dropbox link to lwoods@drwc.org.
