The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is hereby seeking responses from reputed, qualified and experienced firms to develop a Park Operations and Maintenance Plan for the Penn’s Landing Cap and Civic Space (I-95 Central Access Philadelphia-CAP) as well as the Delaware River Trail (DRT).
