This project is intended to enhance connections from Northern
Liberties, Old City and Callowhill to the riverfront and ultimately connect to
the waterfront trail. The DRWC Connector
Street program stems from the Master Plan for the Central Delaware, adopted by
the Philadelphia City Planning Commission in 2012 following intensive civic
engagement and stakeholder input.
We hope to see you there!
