Mexican Independence Day Festival part of the PECO Multicultural Series

Join us for the Mexican Independence Day Festival, part of the PECO Multicultural Series, on September 15 from 2 pm to 8 pm at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest. Admission is Free and Open to the Public. 
 

Join the celebration at this fun-filled festival featuring traditional Mexican artisan crafts, renowned performers from Mexico and the area, children’s activities, and much more. The conventional “Grito de Independencia” ceremony will take place on stage by the Consul of Mexico in Philadelphia, commemorating the beginning of the Mexican Independence movement that led to the building of the Mexican Nation.
