Apartments created out of former auto storage warehouses, this project by developer Michael Samschick demonsrates possible reuses of existing waterfront industrial buildings. These buildings respond to the twisting turn of Canal St. as it approaches the river, and anchor the southern end of Samschick's proposed Canal St. North project which will include a concert-venue, bowling alley and tasting room for a local distillery.
