Floating Stand up paddleboard Yoga & Floating Boot Camp


Bringing a taste of the laid-back tropical vibe to the waterfront’s famed urban beach, Spruce Street Harbor Park Sustained by UnivestAqua Vida returns for its 4th season of sun, sweat, fun, and connection.

Our favorite surfer yogis are back for another sun-soaked summer at Spruce Street Harbor Park and Penn's Landing Marina, with new classes, new times, new teachers, and more collaborations with some of Philly’s coolest establishments!

Stand Up Paddle Boarding Tours

Stand up paddle board and explore the harbor with Aqua Vida, where you'll paddle around a WWI submarine and the world's largest four-masted sailboat, The Moshulu.

We will be meeting at Penn's Landing Marina, in the heart of Old City, Philadelphia, enjoying a brief meet and greet aboard our 30' sailboat, Karma, and then stand up paddle boarding in a protected harbor on the Delaware River.

Check out all the lights and the sights from the water while paddling around taking some photos and ending with snacks on the dock with the best view of the park. 


Floating SUP Yoga

Come add a new element to your practice with Aqua Vida and join us for a yoga experience unlike any other.

Floating Yoga is a yoga practice that is done completely on floating mats on the water. Expect an added balance and stability challenge, lots of laughs, and a unique experience that tones, strengthens, and helps to increase flexibility and focus.

Experience the ultimate way to evolve your practice, improve strength, balance, flexibility and mind/body connection with the healing properties of water.

**Classes are 75 minutes long, with a full 60-minute practice.


Floating Sculpt Boot Camp

Challenge yourself and up the ante by taking your workout to the water and to the next level with Aqua Vida's Floating Sculpt Boot Camp.

This class is an all-levels workout on floating mats on the water that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of resistance bands with a high-intensity, low-impact, full body workout.

Think burpees, lunges, squats, dynamic workouts, core ~ designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time, it gives you everything you need in one workout, plus the added test of balance, all on water.

Designed by our very own Jenny Lofaro, a local multisport athlete, professional grappler, Ironman competitor and USA Triathlon National athlete, specializing in functional movement, endurance, multisport and mobility training, this class allows your core muscles and small balancing muscles to take center stage.

Check out our new Studio Seva Night Events -  weekly cleanups in partnership with local yoga and fitness studios. These Studio nights will feature: 

  • a Floating SUP Yoga class 
  • a paddle board cleanup of the harbor
  • the chance to hang out at the waterfront and mingle under the evening summer sky.

They’ll also be hosting weekly donation-based meditation classes, a perfect opportunity to wind down and connect with nature.
