Box Office Cashier & Guest Services Representative
-Greeting and welcoming guests.  
-Selling tickets on a TicketFly based POS system.
-Accepting order payment via cash or credit cards. 
-Counting in/out register drawer.
-Courteously answering guest questions.
-Wristbanding guests with coded wristbands. 

Skate Rental Representative
-Greeting and welcoming guests.
-Collecting and validating skate rental tickets.
-Wristbanding guests.
-Renting ice skates to guests.
-Assisting guests put on ice skates as necessary.
-Collecting ice skates at the end of sessions.
-Courteously answering guest questions. 

Skate Guard 
- Greeting and welcoming guests.
-Verifying guest tickets for admission entry.
-Monitoring rink conditions while skating. 
-Experience with ice skating and braking is required. 
-Ensuring guests are skating safely.
-Courteously answering questions. 
-Reporting all injuries in compliance to established protocols.

Zamboni Driver
Philadelphia's premier outdoor ice skating rink and wintertime attraction is currently looking for qualified experienced candidates to fulfill the seasonal role of Zamboni Operator/Ice Technician.

Document-able past experience operating a Zamboni, with references are required. This is not an entry level position. 

We are an outdoor facility completely exposed to the elements, and work conditions can vary greatly with the weather.

Job responsibilities include:
- Operating a Zamboni ice resurfacer, Model 500.
- Resurfacing an outdoor rink surface on a regular schedule and as necessary.
- Edging the rink perimeter as necessary.
- Maintaining any and all ice resurfacing equipment, including changing Zamboni blades, washing machinery, lubricating machinery, fueling machines, and other tasks as they come up.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of outdoor ice resurfacing experience, or a minimum of 3 years of ice maintenance experience in an indoor facility.

In addition, potential candidates must be customer service oriented and be able to fill-in as necessary for front-end operations during peak times. An outgoing team-player personality is highly preferred.

Valid US drivers license is required.
STARR Ice Certification is preferred.
Candidates are subject to drug testing and background checks.

Potential Candidates must be able to able to work effectively within a team oriented and dynamic environment. 
Should you be selected, you will be required to be cross trained with other departments if necessary. 
Punctuality and a high level of professionalism in all aspects is a requirement.
