(Philadelphia, PA) For the first time since 2019, VISIT PHILADELPHIA and the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation join forces in kicking Summer on the Waterfront into high gear with an incredible FREE concert and fireworks spectacular on Memorial Day Weekend. The VISIT PHILADELPHIA’S Kickoff-to-Summer Fireworks Show will follow a concert with the 78th Army Band’s Latin Ensemble, the premier musical organization of the 99th Reserve Support Command.
