#2 We're on Penn’s Landing

Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest is still at 101 South Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19106, on Penn’s Landing. The site moved just a little further north, and the layout has changed (download our cool map) because of the exciting construction on the new 11-acre Park at Penn’s Landing, but all your favorite winter traditions are back for the 31st season. And if you don’t know, the new park at Penn’s Landing is a groundbreaking new public space coming to the Waterfront in the near future. You can see incredible renderings and learn more about this exciting project at ParkatPennsLanding.com.

#3 Parking at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest is Limited. Plan Ahead.

Due to construction on the new Park at Penn’s Landing, visitors might experience detours, more traffic than usual, and limited parking on-site. Guests can check out DRWC’s ‘Know Before You Go’ guide for parking recommendations, directions, and FAQs to ensure a seamless visit. Think of this as your one-stop resource for the best way to access your favorite winter amenities!
