PLEASE NOTE: Parties On Ice is a rain-or-shine event. On-site, covered, heated amenities such as the Lodge and the skate rental area are available. Only ticket holders can access Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest for the New Year's Eve parties.

Spectator (Non-Skating Ticket)
