Review the Pre-Proposal Meeting held on Thursday, August 25, 2022. Applications are due September 26, 2022, at 4 pm.

The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) requests proposals from design professionals to perform conceptual/feasibility planning for the future alignment of the Delaware River Trail (DRT) from its current northern terminus at Penn Treaty Park (Columbia Avenue) north to Graffiti Pier (Cumberland St.) in addition to enhancing bicycle and pedestrian access from adjacent Fishtown and Port Richmond neighborhoods to both the DRT, the Richmond Industrial Trail and other riverfront park and open spaces. 

Timeline
  • August 12, 2022: Request for Proposals released 
  • August 25, 2022: Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting, 10:00 am. 
  • August 31, 2022: Questions due to DRWC in writing (email is acceptable) by 5:00 pm 
  • September 7, 2022: DRWC to post answers to questions online by 5:00 pm 
  • September 26, 2022: Proposals due to DRWC by 4:00 pm
  • Weeks of 26 September and 3 October 2022: Possible Interviews with select firms
  • October 6, 2022: The firm selected and the contract awarded by the DRWC Board of Directors  

Proposals should be submitted via email to cdougherty@drwc.org as an attachment or FTP link as well as in hardcopy form (3 copies) to the address below. Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm EST on  September 26, 2022, and should be addressed to Christopher R.
