CONSTRUCTION OPPORTUNITY DEADLINE EXTENDED: Monday, 21 OCTOBER 2019 by 12 PM
Bids are invited for the following contract in connection with the construction of the Trail in accordance with the 80 percent completed plans and specifications prepared by NV5.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the Offices of DRWC on September 17, 2019, 10:00 am EST (a representative of the contractor or a sub-contractor must attend the meeting). Additional questions regarding the project should be submitted to Christopher R. Dougherty via email at cdougherty@drwc.org by 5:00 pm EST on October 4, 2019.
Responses to all questions will be distributed to all firms by October 11, 2019. Bids will be received at: 121 N. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA. 19106 until 12:00 PM EST on October 21, 2019. Bids will not be opened publicly.

DRWC invites proposals from qualified construction managers to provide Owner’s Representation Services for the overall coordination of the Trail’s construction. Please consult the Owner’s Representation RFP for more information on submission requirements. Respondents are required to provide two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic version of their proposals to the offices of the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, 121 North Columbus Boulevard, Philadelphia PA 19106 by 5:00 pm EST October 4, 2019.
