PHOTOGRAPHY POLICIES

 

For Visitors

 
DRWC hires professional photographers to photograph events, activities and landscapes along the waterfront for use by DRWC and other organizations. 
 
By using DRWC locations, visitors allow DRWC to use their photos for informational and promotional materials. Visitors have a right to deny the photographer permission to take a photograph. Those visitors being photographes agree that the photographer owns the copyright in the photograph(s) and visitors claim no right to payment of any kind.
 

Photo Permits

 
Photo permits are required for any professional or commercial photography. Permits are also required for any type of videography. Permits are available for all DRWC properties (Race Street Pier, Great Plaza at Penn's Landing, Festival Pier, Blue Cross RiverRink, Spruce Street Harbor Park, and Washington Avenue Green) for a nominal fee. Wedding Photography

 
Permits are required for wedding photography on the Race Street Pier and at Washington Avenue Pier for a nominal fee. For more information please contact DRWC. You can also download the application here:

    Wedding Ceremony and Photography Permits

    Permits are needed for all wedding photography, engagement photography and wedding ceremonies

Media Photography

 
Members of the media will be permitted in front of the stage during events, but are not permitted on the stage or inside the music production area to take photographs.
 

For Festival Organizers

 
Festival Organizers agree to allow DRWC to take photographs during the event for promotional and information use.  Festival Organizers also consent to permit DRWC and its licensees to duplicate, distribute, exhibit, or otherwise use the materials or any portion of them in perpetuity and without limitation.
