PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SUGARHOUSE NEW YEAR'S EVE FIREWORKS ON THE WATERFRONT ARE RAIN OR SHINE

It’s that time of the year again when fireworks, resolutions, and spending time with family and friends fill the city with joy. Some of you may already have plans or parties, while others are still looking for that perfect evening to celebrate the New Year. We hope that your plans include events along the Waterfront, and of course, no celebration is complete without enjoying the SugarHouse New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront in person, live on NBC10 and Telemundo62 at 6PM, and on Screens Around Town with the soundtrack played through KYW Newsradio.

We (the Delaware River Waterfront) are continuing our nine-year tradition with two Sugarhouse New Year’s Eve Fireworks on the Waterfront shows thanks to the continued support of SugarHouse Casino. The 6PM show gets the night started with the theme “Sing Along with the Movies,” filled with classic jams from movies like Purple Rain, Frozen, Hairspray, and Rocky. At the stroke of midnight, the show themed “Everybody Dance Now” keeps the feet on beat with popular hits “Just Dance”, “Shake Your Groove Thing”, “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” and more.
